Metalcore From Padua
I Not Yet Fallen nascono nel Luglio del 2008 dall'unione artistica di Francesco, Gigi e Carlo, provenienti da differenti gruppi musicali del padovano. Accomunati dalla voglia di far nascere un progetto metal influenzato dall'hardcore americano e dalle melodie scandinave trovano in Davide e Vitto le persone giuste per poter cominciare questa esperienza. L'esordio al Country Star nel Settembre '08 sancisce l'inizio di una serie di concerti in giro per il Veneto, in cui il gruppo affianca gruppi locali e non. Nel novembre '08 la band decide di separasi amichevolmente da Vitto a causa di divergenze stilistiche, ringraziandolo per il tempo passato assieme ed augurandogli il meglio per il futuro. La band accoglie così Jagg (Hatred Progeny) in qualità di session man e continua l'attività live, mentre viene preparato un EP autoprodotto di 6 tracce che viene presentato a fine Febbraio 2009 ad Arre (PD). Ad inizio Marzo entra in formazione Edo, nuovo bassista che consente al gruppo di completare la formazione. Not Yet Fallen's birth's in July '08, from the artistic union of Francesco, Gigi and Carlo, three guys coming from different bands near Padua. Their purpose is to create a metal project, strongly influenced by American hardcore and scandinavian melodies. They found in Davide and Vitto the right guys to begin this experience. Their exordium at Country Star in September '08 has enacted the beginning of a series of concerts around the stages of Padua and Venice, where our guys played with many underground acts. In November '08 the band decides to split up friendly from Vitto for some stylistic issues, thanking him anyhow and wishing him a better future (Jagg from Hatred Progeny substitutes him as a session man). While live activity continues, their first self-producted EP come to life, and is presented in Arre (PD) in February '09. In March '09 Edo joins the band, and with this new bass player, the band fills the line up. |
